There has been A Huge Investment for Port Improvements to Support New Jobs

ABP Humber are very proud to announce that they have a brand-new service. This is going to connect the UK to Bilbao. The service is going to run between the port of Immingham and it is going to be served by the MV Freya. Of course, the link is going to be a huge boost to retailers who handle food or even clothing from Spain. Last year saw a huge investment which is going to expand the terminal. This is going to include the arrival of new equipment and it is also going to include the state of the art Ship to Shore cranes. If you work in transport recruitment or if you are currently after HGV jobs or driver jobs, then this will be of special interest to you.

Of course, due to Covid-19 there is now a demand for this and even though there may be some concerns about Brexit, it would seem that the service is a very reliable solution for every party. Simon Bird who is Humber's regional director has stated that this is fantastic news to say the least and that it also improves the connectivity all around the world. The brand-new facilities are part of the upgrade and it would seem that everyone is ready for what lies ahead. The new facilities are of course going to help those who really need it to build relationships with container customers and it also means that the system is going to deliver lower emissions too. This is going to give a huge range of clients a huge advantage, so it is very interesting to say the least. Who knows what the future holds, but right now it would seem that there is so much potential to be had and that this is going to spur on the industry.
