Safer Fuels, Cleaner Fuels, Brexit Challenges and Skills Shortages are All on the Agenda for the CM Show

Day two of the Commercial Motor Show is going to bring a lot of excitement. Some of the hot topics include cleaner fuels, Brexit challenges and skills shortages too. In the opening to the Road to Zero session, you are going to be hearing from some of the leading fleet operators over at the John Lewis Partnership and even Hermes. They are all going to talk about the steps that they have taken to try and introduce better biofuels and even natural gas vehicles too. They are excited to talk about the live chat tech and it's also possible for you to take part in the discussion by asking questions. You can do this through the lively Q&A which takes place at the end.

In the afternoon, the Breakout Session is going to talk about the importance of Saying Compliant. This is going to bring policy- makers together for the Transport for London and even the DVSA as well. The leading safety experts are also going to be talking as well. Things like Direct Vision Standard and Earned Recognition are also going to be talked about so that is very interesting to say the least.

Breakout Session 2 is going to be discussed and everyone is going to try and help any operators who are finding it hard to recruit and also retain skilled individuals for their own workforce. With Brexit looming on the horizon, this is essential to say the least. XPO Logistics and RHA are also going to talk about the issues and each topic will be discussed as the session takes shape even more. You will also learn more about the legal implications when it comes to transporting goods when the UK happens to leave the EU. Backhouse Jones is on-hand to try and give you all of the expert guidance you need.
