Midland Expressway LTD, who is the operator of the M6Toll has released a statement saying that they have announced some new toll prices. This includes a very new off-peak rate. This is going to come into effect on Friday the 12th of July. This is interesting if you work in driving jobs Ireland or even for a driving recruitment agency.

Of course, if you work in driver recruitment Ireland then you should also be documenting these changes. The Midland Express Way are going to offer the peak rate for those who are travelling between the hours of 5am and 7am on weekdays. They are also going to offer it between 7pm and 11pm too. This is to try and keep prices as attractive as they can be, and they are also going to be trying to enable any on-going investments too. This is especially the case when you look at the development as a whole.

Andy Cliffe who is the chief executive has stated that the toll has been helpful in alleviating any huge volume of traffic. It has been doing this for over 15 years now. This is designed to try and provide those who need it with a much safer driving environment. It also offers a much safer route too, and this is interesting to say the least.

With there being a 14% increase in trucks over the last few years, it is safe to say that more needs to be done to try and support this movement. If more vehicles are on the road then this increases the chances of accidents happening. The new toll system is trying to encourage people to drive at different times, so that people will feel much safer when they go out.
