Electra have Appointed Solomon as the Partner on the UK’s First FCEV

If you work in the sector of driver recruitment or if you work with a driving agency, then you will know how exciting it can be to hear about new advancements within the industry. Those who do work with a driving agency, those who are seeking driver jobs, warehouse jobs and even industrial workers will be excited about the news of Electra delivering the very first of its kind, as a 19-tonne hydrogen-powered truck. This is going to be going into operation and the FCEV is now going to be going on trial with Sainsbury's. This is going to be done as part of the Road to Hydrogen scheme. This is a UK project, and it is going to help the UK to try and solve a lot of challenges regarding the zero-emission road freight. This has been created to try and push the sector forward and it certainly looks as though exciting times are ahead for everyone.

This is an exciting project to say the least and everyone is looking forward to being involved with it. Some say that it is going to shape the future and that it is going to help a lot with road transport too. The idea is that many commercial operations are going to benefit from this, and that zero-emissions targets are going to be much more achievable. The business itself is built entirely on innovation and this is a very natural step for the UK with the first few projects that are being launched. This is a fantastic example of how UK innovation can go a long way and that with a bit of a push, things could end up being remarkable for the sector as a whole. Who knows what the future holds, but right now, it's looking very bright.
